Welcome to Gentex Training Center. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our training services. By registering for our courses, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use:
All intellectual property rights related to the course content, materials, and resources provided by Gentex Training Center remain the property of Gentex Training Center or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any course materials without prior written consent.
Registration and Required Information:
To register for a course, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. This may include your name and contact details. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.
Gentex Training Center will not share your information or any training and consulting data without your permission.
Fees and What It Covers:
Course fees are payable in advance and cover the training venue, instructor, airport services, course materials, and any additional services specified in the quotation offer that will be sent to you
Any additional costs, such as travel or accommodation, are the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing at least 15 days before the start of the course for a full refund.
Cancellations within less than 15 days of the start date will be subject to a 40% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course start date.
Cancellations by Gentex Training Center: In the event of a cancellation by Gentex Training Center, you will be given a full refund of your course fees.
Supplementary Sessions
In the event that a participant finds any aspect of a course unsatisfactory, they have the right to communicate their concerns via email. Upon review, Gentex Training Center is committed to offering complimentary supplementary sessions conducted online by a specialized trainer to ensure that participants attain the desired learning outcomes
Force Majeure
Gentex Training Center shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations
